Soluble Fiber Such as found in fruits, oats, barley and beans. Soluble fiber affects blood glucose.

The recommended amount of fiber is 20-35 grams per day.

The simplest rule for diabetics is to stick on to their diet. Do regular exercise and take your medicines. A well balanced diet according to your needs is the key of long, happy and healthy life.

I know that you are telling the truth because not only have I reversed my diabetes, but my sister has also.

The key, as you reported, is diet and exercise. It sounds simple and really it is.

Exercise dose not mean that you spend your day in a gym. It is moving-just keep your body moving. But don't over so it. Move at YOUR own pace.

Diet is everything. It actually does not have to entail giving up foods as much as not over indulging in certain foods.

Once you learn what hurts you stop doing it. Unless you are suicidal (I believe that anyone who knows how to alleviate a possible life threatening condition and continues doing the same thing is suicidal), then nothing we say or do will help that person!
